Landmark (alternative) High School is Like a Family

Landmark High School, an alternative high school in Nebo School District, is Like a Family. Families support and are there for each other. Landmark’s family bonding became even more evident this last year when Landmark’s attendance secretary, Michell Osborn, became ill. Doctors had a difficult time determining the cause of her illness. The diagnosis took months!

Eventually, Michell was diagnosed with Angioimmunoblastic T-Cell Lymphoma.  After doctors determined her illness, it helped three others be accurately diagnosed.

Landmark faculty, staff, and students have missed Michell dearly, since she's been out since the end of May 2017.

Faculty and staff all showed their support this week and were able raise over $1,000 to help with expenses. Anne Pouliot and her husband even shaved their heads to send her a clear message: “Dragons don't let Dragons fight cancer alone.”

The Landmark family said, “We love and miss you Michell!  You got this.”
