Elementary registration for Nebo School District is August 2 at 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at your local school. (Exception Mt. Loafer Elementary on July 18 - 20.)

Nebo Students Excelled at Several Science and Engineering Fairs
Nebo Students were awarded over $250,000 in scholarships and won two of the five coveted final positions at the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) held in Los Angeles, California on May 8-13, 2011.
Rhonda Grange has been nominated by Stacie Conrad as Nebo Transportation’s newest Outstanding Employee for May 2011.
Elaine Bainter has been nominated by Randy Leetham as Nebo Transportation’s newest Outstanding Employee for May 2011.
Rick Ainge, is one of the newer elected board members on the Nebo School Board of Education. He won his seat in the Salem area that includes portions of Spanish Fork, Woodland Hills, Elk Ridge and Payson. Rick filled Debbie Swenson’s seat.
Denise Villarta, science teacher at Maple Mountain High School, was selected to be a faculty adviser for the Washington Youth Summit on the Environment held this month at George Mason University. The week long summit has invited top high school students from all over the U.S.
