Forgot Username or Password

1. Check that you spelled the Username and Password correctly
2. If you have repeatedly miss-typed your password, wait five minutes and try again

For a Forgotten Password

1. Click the "Forgot your password?" link
2. Your password will be changed to a temporary password, which will be emailed to the email you have on file (in SIS).
   If you do not have an email stored in SIS, or do not receive the email:
   • Contact the School and Prove your Identity
   • Ask them to look-up or change the Username or Password

For a Forgotten Username

1. Click the "request a username" link.
2. Follow the steps to "Create a Parent Account"
3. You will be informed that the account already exists, and will be given your username.
