Sixty-seven middle school and junior high students across the district participated in this year’s Nebo Math Competition, which was held on December 12, 2024.
Students participated in four rounds: Sprint (individual without calculators), Target (individual with calculators), Team (team with calculators), and Countdown (top 16 individuals competing head-to-head).
This event would not have been possible without our teachers/coaches: Claire Taylor (Springville Jr.), Nicole Lane & Jenny Taylor (Spring Canyon Middle), Kristie Spencer (Mapleton Jr.), Ashley Mickelson (Maple Grove Middle), Laura Wanlass (Diamond Fork Middle), Janell Rozema (Valley View Middle), Tamara Willis (Salem Jr.), and Konda Luckau (Mt. Nebo Middle).
