Adam Gull – Principal of Sierra Bonita Elementary School

Adam Gull

The Nebo School District Board of Education appointed Adam Gull as the Principal of Sierra Bonita Elementary School. 

Adam has been employed by Nebo School District for the past 19 years, beginning his career as a teacher at East Meadows Elementary for seven years and a Title I Coordinator at Park Elementary for three years.  He was then appointed as the Principal of Rees Elementary School for the past nine years.

Mr. Gull earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Utah Valley University and a Master of Education Degree in Administration from Southern Utah University.     

Adam is married to Becky, and they have five children. Adam enjoys spending time with his family outdoors; fishing, golfing, and coaching his children in any sport.                

Mr. Gull’s personal Motto is, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” Mr. Gull states, “I have loved every aspect of my career.  Teaching and coaching has felt like a calling in my life and brings me so much joy. I have so many memories from my days of teaching with students I have taught and friends I have worked with. My time at Rees has been so special and I will miss all the students, parents, teachers and staff I have had the privilege of knowing there. I love the community of Spanish Fork and I look forward to being a part of the Sierra Bonita community. I want to thank all my mentors and friends along the way. You mean so much to me and I am grateful to each of you.  I am especially grateful to my wife Becky and my family for the many sacrifices they have made to support me in my career.”



Billi Robbins – Principal of Rees Elementary School

Billi Robbins

The Nebo School District Board of Education appointed Billi Robbins as the Principal of Rees Elementary School.

Mrs. Robbins has been employed by Nebo School District for 25 years. She began her teaching career in North Carolina where she taught for three years before moving to Utah. She began her career in Nebo at Goshen Elementary, teaching Kindergarten, 3rd, and 4th grades. She was then the Staff Developer at Goshen and Rees Elementary Schools before becoming the Dean of Students at Mt. Nebo Junior High. She has most recently been the Principal at Taylor Elementary School for the past ten years.

Billi earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from East Carolina University and a Master of Education Degree in Educational Leadership from Brigham Young University.

Billi is married to Brett, and they have five children. Billi loves spending time with her family taking vacations to her hometown of Harkers Island, NC. She loves the beach and spending time on the water. She enjoys watching all sports. Back in her younger years, she loved to play softball but now she has taken to golf with her husband and kids. She also enjoys spending time with her two grandbabies, Ryker and Royce.                                    

One of Mrs. Robbins’ guiding principles comes from the quote, "They don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." She states, “This belief shapes my approach to leadership, especially in my role as an administrator. Every day, I strive to ensure that my staff and students feel valued, supported, and loved. My goal is to serve them wholeheartedly and make decisions that always prioritize what is best for the students.

Leadership has been a significant part of my journey, and I have been blessed with incredible mentors who have influenced and shaped me. From my parents and brothers, who instilled in me a deep respect for education, to remarkable leaders like Ron Penrod, Mike Larsen, Troy Peterson, Ben Ford, Kaye Isaacson, Julie Warren, and Dave Rowe, each has played a vital role in my development. Their trust and encouragement have allowed me to grow as a leader, and I will always be grateful for their impact.

Above all, I owe so much to my loving and supportive husband and children. Their unwavering belief in me gives me strength and motivation every day. Leadership is not a solitary path, and I am deeply thankful for the people who have walked alongside me, shaping me into the person and administrator I strive to be.”


Sydney Sharp – Principal of Apple Valley Elementary School

The Nebo School District Board of Education appointed Sydney Sharp as the Principal of Apple Valley Elementary School.

Ms. Sharp has been employed by Nebo School District for 11 years, beginning her career as a 3rd and 5th-grade teacher at Canyon and East Meadows Elementary Schools for seven years. She was then a TSA at Apple Valley Elementary for three years before her current position as the Assistant Principal at Maple Ridge Elementary for the past year.

Sydney earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University and a Master of Education Degree in Administration from Southern Utah University. 

When Ms. Sharp isn’t at a school you can find her traveling, reading, boating, going to concerts, playing pickleball, watching sporting events, and spending time with her family and friends.                                

Ms. Sharp’s favorite quote is, “Have courage and be kind.”


Shami Coley – Principal of Taylor Elementary School

The Nebo School District Board of Education appointed Shami Coley as the Principal of Taylor Elementary School.

Mrs. Coley has been employed by Nebo School District for 16 years, beginning as a first-grade teacher at Mapleton Elementary School. She has been the Facilitator at Rees Elementary School for the past two years. 

Shami earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University and a Master of Education Degree in Administration from Southern Utah University.

Shami is married to Adam, and they have three sons. She is happiest when she’s spending time with her four boys, whipping up new recipes in her kitchen, surfing behind a boat, or snuggled up with a good book. 

Shami loves the quote by Helen Keller, “Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much." Shami states, “This quote has always resonated with me. Growing up in the Nebo School District and later working here, I have been fortunate to learn from incredible educators who have taught, mentored, and led by this very principle. Their influence has shaped my journey, and I am honored and beyond thrilled to now have the opportunity to collaborate and connect with the students, staff, and families of Taylor Elementary.

Melissa Jorgensen – Principal of Wilson Elementary School

Melissa Jorgensen

The Nebo School District Board of Education appointed Melissa Jorgensen as the Principal of Wilson Elementary School.

Mrs. Jorgensen has been employed by Nebo School District for 18 years, beginning as a 6th-grade teacher at Riverview Elementary School. She then served as the Clinical Faculty Associate with the BYU/Nebo Partnership, followed by one year at Park Elementary as a 6th-grade teacher. Her last five years have been at Wilson Elementary School as the Title One Coordinator. 

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Utah Valley University and a Master of Education Degree in Administration from Southern Utah University.

Melissa is married to Cory, and they have two daughters. She enjoys spending time supporting her girls and husband in the many activities they are involved in. She also loves to road bike, run, complete puzzles, and spend time with her family.

Mrs. Jorgensen believes that being in education has been one of the most influential parts of her life. Having the opportunity to work around so many students and faculty members brings a lot of joy into her life. She states, “It is important to have people believe in you. With this support,what you can achieve is limitless. I am grateful for those that have believed in me and have pushed me to be my best. I look forward to helping all of those in the Wilson community believe in themselves and achieve what they set their minds to. A little belief goes a long way. I feel blessed to continue to work with the wonderful faculty, staff, students, and families at Wilson Elementary.” 


Nicole Steiner – Assistant Principal of Maple Ridge Elementary School

The Nebo School District Board of Education appointed Nicole Steiner as the Assistant Principal of Maple Ridge Elementary School.

Ms. Steiner has been employed by Nebo School District for 13 years. She began her career as a fifth-grade teacher at Mapleton Elementary, followed by Cherry Creek Elementary, and East Meadows Elementary. For the past two years, she has served as the Facilitator at East Meadows Elementary. 

Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Utah Valley University and a Master of Education Degree in Administration from Utah Valley University. 

Nicole has twin daughters who are the love of her life. She also loves live music, baked goods, outdoor seating, a good book, board/card games of any kind, laughter, an afternoon nap, Sunday dinner with family, the color green, a crispy Diet Coke, greeting cards, sunshine, and living a life she’s excited about.

Ms. Steiner loves the quote by Eso Tolson, “I believe our work is the thing we bring to the world, our vision, the things we love or talk about that spark passion and excitement. We think our "work" is the job we go to or the place we get a check from. No. Your work is the very special thing that you add to this world. Your vision. Your light. Your love. What you share. What you create. How you make people feel. Etc. That, my friends, is truly our work."
