
Our US History students were able to visit the Spanish Fork Police Department and 4th District Court. We had a great time and learned so much! Thanks so much to SFPD and everyone at the courthouse!!

Susan Anderson won our Teacher of the Year Award!! Susan teaches:
English 9 and is our Leadership/ Student Counsel Advisor. This is voted on by the SFJHS faculty and is a huge honor! We are so lucky to have Mrs. Anderson!! Congratulations, Susan!!


Freshmen Baseball tonight!


Bilingual students took the AAPPL test last week. AAPPL stands for ACTFL Assessment of Performance toward Proficiency in Languages. Students tested their Spanish skills. Many thanks to teachers and students for making this possible. Students who participated did an outstanding job, language acquisition is a journey!

To end Cultural Pride Week we had a World Market where students could earn tickets and buy candy and snacks from other parts of the world! It was so fun!











We had the best Cultural Pride Assembly on Tuesday! We learned about many different cultural dances and it was so fun! Thank you to all of our performers and everyone who made it possible!!

This event takes place once a month and offers a unique opportunity for parents to engage directly with a licensed family therapist. Parents can ask questions anonymously and receive personalized answers in real-time.

The freshmen Language Arts classes have been reading Romeo and Juliet. Some students were able to reenact the sword fighting scenes!

These 4 wonderful student athletes were able to attend Captains Academy on March 26th at the ALC in Salem. While there they worked on team building exercises and activities with other Captains from around the other schools in our district and region. They learned about being good leaders, captains and teammates. We wish them well in their sports this spring season.

We had the best nights of music, dancing, and fun with our school musical, Once Upon a Mattress! This hilarious and heartwarming retelling of The Princess and the Pea was so amazing and Ms. Holley and her cast/ crew did outstanding!
