Nebo School District and Intermountain Spanish Fork Hospital announce essay winners.
“Wherever the art of medicine is loved, there is also a love of humanity.” Participants were asked to draw upon personal experiences and express what the love of medicine means to society.
Approximately 50 excellent essays were received from the students attending the Nebo School District high schools. One $500 winner was chosen from each school and the essay that received the most votes through the elimination process was awarded the Grand Prize of $750.

Intermountain Spanish Fork Hospital personnel said, “It was so difficult to decide on the winners that the essay committee decided to surprise a student at each school with an unannounced second place award of $50 Amazon gifts cards.”
