Nebo School District counselors present Dr. Adam Schweback, Director of Neuropsychology Center of Utah. His topic is “Right Brain! Left Brain! Hey, What About the Front Brain?” It will be held March 28 at 6:30 p.m. at Spanish Fork High’s little theater. The cost is free.
Visually impaired students in Nebo District have participated in goalball practices since December. Goalball is a sport designed specifically for blind and visually impaired individuals. It can be fast-paced depending on the experience and ability levels of the players.

Tanner Halversen, a senior at Maple Mountain High in Nebo School District, won state honors not on one, but two ceramic art pieces. His artistic pieces were selected from over 1,100 entries and 150 will go on to compete at Nationals.
Nebo School District has sponsored a Nebo District Chess Tournament since 2006. It continues to expand each year.
Nebo School District’s Child Nutrition Program was honored in seven elementary schools by the Utah State Office of Education on Friday, March 13, 2013.
