Congratulations to Angel, Hudson, KambryAnn, Abril, Henry, Will, Cooper, Berkley, Remi, Wes, Kinley, Ivy and Addie on achieving their "Fired Up to Learn Goals".

Our talented 4th graders are diving into a world of invention and creativity with the "Eureka", a student Inventor unit in CKLA. Over the next 10 days, these young innovators will embark on a narrative-driven ELA Quest that transforms learning into an adventure!
Guided by legendary inventors like Jacques Cousteau, Hedy Lamarr, Thomas Edison, and George Washington Carver, our students are contestants on a thrilling reality TV game show. They'll explore complex texts, identify real-world problems, and create evidence-based solutions, all while honing their skills in research, communication, and teamwork.
Together in their "labs," students will engage in dynamic discussions and challenges, sparking ideas and fostering a love for discovery. Stay tuned for updates as our 4th graders take on the role of inventors and bring their brilliant ideas to life!

For more information about the Chinese program and how to join, come to the Parent Information Meeting on February 20th at 4:00 pm in the Sage Creek gym or contact leann.betts@nebo.edu.

Sage Creek Elementary is aglow with excitement as our kindergarten students celebrated the 100th day of school with a day full of fun and learning!
Our creative teachers transformed the classroom into a vibrant, glowing space using black lights and highlighters. Students engaged in exciting literacy and math activities that lit up the roomāand their imaginations!
Adding to the festive spirit, each student proudly wore necklaces made with 100 Froot Loops and hats with 100 dots, symbolizing their journey of learning and growth.
The day was made even brighter with the students donning vivid clothing that shone brilliantly under the black lights, making it a truly magical experience for all!
Here's to 100 days of learning, laughter, and lightāand many more to come!

Thursday was an exciting day for Sage Creek Elementary's 5th graders as they embarked on their journey to Biztown! This unique experience, thanks to JA of Utah, offered our students a hands-on opportunity to connect classroom learning with real-world applications. Through activities centered around financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship, our young learners explored their potential and developed critical skills needed to become tomorrow's innovators and leaders. We were thrilled to watch our students dive into this immersive environment and showcase their talents! It was a great day to be a DRAGON!
