Mike Larsen, Special Education and Federal Programs Director for Nebo School District, received the Brigham Young University's (BYU) Benjamin Cluff Jr. Award for Excellence in Education. Benjamin Cluff was the first president of BYU.

This past week at the state Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) Convention, Nebo’s Career and Technology Education (CTE) Coordinator, Alan Ashton, was honored as the FCCLA School Administrator of the Year Award.
Savannah Turnbow, a Springville High eleventh-grade student, represented Nebo School District at the State Poetry Out Loud competition in March at the Holladay Arts Council building in Salt Lake City.
Mrs. Jessica Knotts, Maple Mountain FCCLA Advisor and FCS teacher, was awarded the 2021-2022 Utah FCCLA Spirit of Advising Award at the Utah FCCLA State Conference last week.
The Payson High FFA recently attended the Utah State FFA Convention in Layton, Utah. PHS had 22 students in grades ninth through twelfth grades attend. Students learned about leadership and attended many inspiring workshops.
