Nebo’s Health & Wellness Clinic is NOW OPEN!
A wonderful crowd braved the slightly snowy morning for Nebo’s new Health & Wellness Clinic ribbon cutting on Friday, January 24, 2020. Many city and community leaders as well as chamber members, Nebo School Board members and Foundation Board members came to show their support of this innovative medical center for the approximately 4,500 employees and their family members of Nebo benefits and insurance.
Several Nebo employees/members have already scheduled and completed their Annual Health Assessment (AHA) and received a gift card for completing it. Nebo has heard some positive feedback on how easy it is to access the clinic and the knowledgeable staff.
REMEMBER...
When scheduling your first appointment at the clinic, schedule two appointments back to back. That way the employee/member will have 40 minutes with the provider to share medical history, ask questions, etc.
When an employee/member schedules the Annual Health Assessment - he/she will need to fast 12 hours prior to the appointment time. (AHA consists of a blood draw.)
Annual Health Assessment appointments are FREE!
If a member schedules the Annual Health Assessment before the last day of school, they will receive an Amazon gift card. A spouse is also eligible for the gift card if they are on Nebo’s insurance.

It is a good idea to see if the dispensary carries medications that you are currently taking. (Remember to receive medication from the dispensary, you will need an appointment.)
