The Huntsman Education Awards reward bright and capable individuals working in Utah’s public schools. By celebrating these individuals, the awards seek to inspire current educators and to rekindle interest in the teaching profession among young people.
The Utah Shakespeare Festival Touring Company will be performing Romeo and Juliet Monday evening, March 16, 2020, 7 p.m. at Springville High School. This performance is free to the public. All ninth-graders are studying Romeo and Juliet in their English classes this year.
Nebo students from across the district were chosen to exhibit their talent at the Utah All-State High School Art Show at the Springville Museum of Art from February 8 to March 20, 2020.

Since 1986, Kids Who Count has provided Early Intervention services to families of young children residing in the Nebo School District boundaries. We’ve helped thousands of families and children and we can help you.
Liv McClellan, a student at Mapleton Elementary, is an excellent example of what it means to be a Mapleton Mountaineer. She is safe, respectful and responsible. Liv has worked tenaciously this year to courageously meet personal goals. She has a quiet, calming presence.
Emily Blaisdell, a fourth grade teacher at Mapleton Elementary, has been nominated as this week’s Educator of the Week.
The Daily Herald ran an article titled, "Everyday Heroes: Meet the Bus Drivers Who Tackle Utah County's Toughest Routes."
