Nebo Student Wins First Place in Art

Congratulations to a Maple Mountain High School student in Nebo School District, Cadence Peterson, won First Place and $5,000 at the Utah State Senate Landscape Visual Arts Scholarship competition. Cadence oil piece is entitled, “Dead Horse Point”.

SheTech Explorer Day is a hands-on tech conference is on March 3 for high school girls 9th through 12th grade. This day-long event will include hands-on workshops in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).
