Congratulations to Nebo’s National Welding Winners

The Maple Mountain High School team of junior welding fabricators took third place in the nation at the SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference. Each state brought their best welding team to compete. MMHS’s team consisted of Tyler Christmas, Ben Warnick, and Tosh Davis.

Macey’s Donates to Local Schools

Macey’s grocery store and manager, Bill Summers, delivered large checks to Nebo Schools. Through Macey’s Schools Cents program,  Nebo parents signed up to give a percentage back to their school.

One Third-Grade Teacher Instills the Love of Music

Instead of using boom whackers, rhythm sticks and bells to integrate music curriculum in her third-grade class, Pam Roberts chose to use violins. Roberts is in her second year of teaching violin to her third graders at Foothills Elementary.
