Students of Similar Income and Backgrounds
The Nebo Native American Indian program, directed by Eileen Quintana, presented at the Nebo School District Board Meeting. The evening was a celebration of the successes this amazing program is having with rising test scores and with college and career ready students.
Sage Creek Elementary in Nebo School District was selected to host three native Mandarin-speaking teachers from China for the 2013-14 school year as part of the Chinese Guest Teacher Program, a collaboration of the College Board and China’s Confucius Institute Headquarters/Hanban.
Students from Spanish Fork High School and Maple Mountain High School, in Nebo School District, competed for the State of Utah in the National SkillsUSA contest this summer.
Three Nebo Schools placed first and second in the Utah Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (UIAAA) Directors’ Cup. This award is based on overall athletic performance on a state level. Team GPA's are also factored in the award.
Nebo School District’s Elementary Registration will be held on August 1, 2013, from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at your neighborhood school. (Contact your school for the exact time.) First day of school will be Thursday, August 22.
