9. SelectHealth Member Discounts -  SelectHealth member discounts is a free, easy-to-use program for members that can save you money!

10. Good Rx Comparison Tool - Use this tool to compare the price of your prescription at different pharmacies.  Be sure to ask your pharmacist about the cash price (it can be cheaper)

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE - BLOMQUIST HALE

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a voluntary, work-based program that offers free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals and follow-up services to employees who have a personal and/or work-related problems.

This is a FREE service to eligible employees and their dependents of Nebo School District.  Click on the logo above or call 801-262-9619 to contact Blomquist Hale direct and schedule an appointment.  

You can see a therapist at one of their office locations anytime.  Blomquist now offers services to Nebo Employees each Friday at the Nebo Health and Wellness Center.  Call to make an appointment as usual, but request your appointment be made at the Health Center.

You can also search the Blomquist Hale Youtube channel.  There are many workshops on several different topics that they continually update on this page.

   WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
   You are eligible if you are a Full-time Active Employee who is a classified or certified employee working 40 hours per week; a Part-time active employee who is a certified employee working 20 hours or a classified employee of the employer hired prior to July 1, 2013 working at least 20 hours per week; classified employee of the employer hired July 1, 2013 - February 7, 2018 and working 30 hours or more;  a classified Bus Driver working 30 hours per week; or a Board
   member. 

2. Voluntary Benefit Highlights 

   WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
