SALEM, UT – Senator Orrin Hatch came to Salem Hills High School to honor veterans at the 3rd Annual Military Appreciation football game on September 11, 2015.
Mrs. Sherry Sandberg was presented the 2015 Utah PTA Golden Apple Award for Outstanding Educator. She was presented with a small cash award from Mountain America Credit Union, as well as a cash Award from McDonald’s Corporation.

At the Nebo School District Office, a firm handshake, eye contact, and a simple greeting such as— “Hello! Welcome to Board Meeting.” is what every visitor and district staff encountered from 13 Park Student Leaders at the most recent board meeting on Wednesday, September 9, 2015.
In July, Nebo School District was well represented at the National Leadership Conference for FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America). Twelve students, from four high schools traveled to Washington D.C.
Salem Hills High School was surprised by KSL and Zions Bank with the Teacher Feature Award this week.
