A Nebo School Promotes “Be the Magic” Through Superpowers

This past month Canyon Elementary promoted "Be the Magic" by recognizing various superpowers. The April theme was: “April Showers Bring Out Canyon Superpowers.” Many of the superpower notes included caring, kindness, and making friends.

Nebo's Reading Rodeo Fiesta Days Winners - Answer to Wednesday Challenge

Nebo is thrilled to report on the Rodeo Reading Challenge. Each of our schools did wonderfully well. This year’s theme was “Read More” and Nebo students did just that–they increased their reading from 2,829,227 million minutes to 2,998,884 million minutes.

Nebo Education Foundation Provides Additional Grants April 2021

The Nebo Education Foundation meets each month at 7:00 a.m. to discuss submitted educational grant proposals for students in Nebo School District. One of the goals of the foundation is to fund worthwhile projects in the district that provide resources to enrich student learning. 

Nebo Choirs Perform Beautifully - Answer to Wednesday Challenge

For the past few weeks, choir teachers and students from Nebo junior high and middle schools gathered at the Nebo Summit Center. These intermediate and advance choir ensembles were able to perform and delighted the audience.

Overall Nebo School District Fourth-Grade Winner – Zoey Angeles
Zoey Angeles, a student at Rees, was the overall Fourth-Grade Winner for Nebo School District.   She typed 71 words per minute and won $100!
