Teacher Wins Best of State Educator Award

Mrs. Ginnie Snyder, a phenomenal first grade teacher at Mapleton Elementary, was awarded Utah’s Best of State Award for K-12 Teacher in the Field of Education. The award is a fitting culmination of a 22-year teaching career, as Mrs. Snyder will be retiring this May.

Nebo Elementary Debate Tournament

Ninety Six students participated in an elementary debate tournament on March 26 hosted by Hobble Creek Elementary.  The students were from Brockbank Elementary, Hobble Creek Elementary, Mapleton Elementary, Salem Elementary and Spanish Fork Jr. High.
